Overview

TikTok Shop Seller Center is the operational hub for any brand selling on TikTok Shop. It is the web dashboard where you list products, process orders, manage your affiliate program, run promotions, handle fulfillment and returns, and read your shop analytics.

Everything that happens on the seller side of TikTok Shop, from creating an affiliate offer to checking GMV, runs through Seller Center.

How it works

After registering as a seller, you access Seller Center to upload your catalog, set prices and shipping, and create affiliate collaborations. Orders flow in, and you fulfill them yourself or through Fulfilled by TikTok.

Seller Center also houses the affiliate marketplace tools (Open and Targeted plans), the promotion tools (discounts, Smart Promotions), and the analytics that report GMV, orders, and creator performance.
