Done-For-You TikTok Shop Services.
Beyond the software, Hubfluence runs done-for-you services that launch new shops, grow creator outreach capacity, revive stalled creative, repair account health, convert LIVE traffic, and recover money sitting in your FBT records.
What Hubfluence's TikTok Shop services cover.
One team for the whole shop lifecycle, booked individually or run together.
Hubfluence's TikTok Shop services are six done-for-you programs that cover launching a new shop, growing creator outreach capacity, reviving stalled GMV Max creative, improving Shop Performance Score, converting traffic during TikTok Shop LIVE broadcasts, and auditing Fulfilled by TikTok records for recoverable funds. Each is available on its own, and most brands start with one.
Hubfluence is a software platform that also runs these services. We are not an agency of record, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok. Every campaign runs inside TikTok Shop's own systems and its published seller rules. Where a service depends on something only your team controls, such as fulfillment speed, we say so before you sign rather than after.
A shop can be capped, throttled, or ignored.
Three different problems get read as one vague failure, and they need three different fixes.
A brand new shop is capped. It sits inside the New Shop Probation Program with a daily Order Volume Limit and a 1,000-invite Starter Pack, and both gates lift with GMV. That is the trap: you need GMV to raise the caps, and the caps are what stop you building GMV.
An established shop with a weak Shop Performance Score is throttled. Account health feeds discoverability, so the catalog is fine and the traffic is not coming.
A shop with good creative that GMV Max never funded is ignored. The asset was eligible, it entered the auction, and the budget went elsewhere. Nothing is broken, it simply never got a real test.
Six services, booked together or on their own.
Each one names what it does, who it suits, and where its limits are.
TikTok Shop launch and social proof
Hubfluence's launch service helps a new or stalled TikTok Shop build the early sales history and customer reviews that shoppers and the platform both look for. New shops start capped by a daily Order Volume Limit and a small creator-invite allowance, and both gates lift as the shop proves it performs.
- Build verifiable sales history through compliant transactions, so a product page is not sitting at zero orders.
- Generate customer review volume through a managed campaign, with no promise of positive sentiment.
- Progress through the New Shop Probation Program tiers, which raise the daily order cap and the product listing cap.
- Lift the weekly creator-invite allowance, which is gated by trailing 30-day Gross Merchandise Value (GMV).
Creator outreach and affiliate growth
Your weekly creator-invite allowance on TikTok Shop scales with trailing 30-day GMV, so the shops that need creators most are the ones allowed to contact the fewest. Growing verified GMV moves you up the invite ladder, and Hubfluence's software then puts that larger allowance to work.
- Every shop starts with a 1,000-invite Starter Pack, then moves to a weekly cap tied to trailing 30-day GMV from creator collaborations.
- Published tiers run at roughly 2,000 invites a week under $2k GMV, 7,000 a week from $2k to $50k, and unlimited above $50k.
- Caps refresh weekly, and creators who already replied do not count against the allowance.
- Once the cap lifts, AI Creator Search and Sequence Automation run the outreach at volume.
GMV Max creative recovery
GMV Max is TikTok Shop's automated advertising solution, and it tests far more eligible creative than it ever funds. A well-made creator video can stall simply because it never won enough of the budget on its first pass. This service gives strong assets a second, better-prepared test.
- Identify high-quality organic, affiliate, and paid assets that stalled without meaningful distribution.
- Strengthen the conversion signals on those assets through a managed campaign.
- Prepare the asset for renewed testing inside a future GMV Max campaign.
- Stop writing off expensive creator content after a single inconclusive test.
This service improves how an asset is positioned for its next test. Distribution, ad spend, and placement remain TikTok's decisions, and no result is guaranteed.
Shop Performance Score improvement
The Shop Performance Score (SPS) is TikTok Shop's seller-side health metric, and it is separate from the creator-side Promotion Performance Score. A low SPS limits growth and discoverability, so this service works on the inputs a marketing partner can genuinely influence and is honest about the ones it cannot.
- Work the components we can move: product and customer ratings, service-response operations, and compliant sales volume.
- Produce an actionable recovery plan tied to the specific components dragging your score.
- Qualify the shop first, because a higher-volume campaign on top of weak fulfillment makes the score worse, not better.
Fulfillment performance cannot be repaired by marketing activity. On-time dispatch, low seller-initiated cancellations, and responsive customer service have to come from the brand.
TikTok Shop LIVE conversion support
This service supports brands and LIVE-shopping studios that already have hosts, production, and a broadcast schedule, but need qualified traffic and purchase conversion during the stream. Hubfluence supports conversion activity during your scheduled broadcasts.
- Built around an operating baseline of three LIVE broadcasts within a month.
- Each broadcast should run for at least one hour.
- Indicative minimums are 35 units per LIVE, or roughly 105 units across a three-broadcast campaign.
- Final scope, schedule, and volume are confirmed during a campaign assessment.
Hubfluence does not supply the studio, the host, or full LIVE production through this service. You bring the broadcast, we support the conversion side of it.
Fulfilled by TikTok reimbursement audit
Fulfilled by TikTok (FBT) is TikTok Shop's fulfillment service, and its transaction records can contain shortages, losses, damages, and fee discrepancies that are never reimbursed automatically. This audit reviews those records and identifies potentially recoverable funds.
- Review FBT transaction records for shortages, losses, damages, and fee discrepancies.
- Identify claims that appear eligible under TikTok Shop's current terms.
- Assist with supporting claims and tickets inside the applicable filing windows.
Eligibility, evidence, and TikTok's final decision determine every outcome. We identify potentially recoverable funds, we do not promise a recovery amount.
Not sure which one you need?
Bring your shop and we will tell you which gate is actually holding it back, and whether we are the right team to move it. 30 minutes, no pitch.
How a Hubfluence service engagement runs.
Six steps, whichever service you book, so you always know what comes next.
Assessment
We look at your shop: probation tier, order caps, invite allowance, Shop Performance Score, catalog, and creative.
Qualification
We confirm the service can actually help. If fulfillment or account standing would sink the campaign, we say so and stop here.
Campaign plan
Scope, volume, sequencing, and a confirmed timeline, agreed in writing before anything starts.
Launch
The campaign runs inside TikTok Shop's own systems, against the plan you approved.
Monitoring
We track the metrics the service is meant to move and report on them, including when they are not moving.
Next step
A recommendation on what to do next, which is often the creator engine rather than another service.
Is your shop ready for an SPS campaign?
This is the checklist we run before accepting Shop Performance Score work, and the reason we turn some shops away.
Fulfillment readiness checklist.
Marketing activity cannot repair fulfillment performance. Before we run a Shop Performance Score campaign, your team needs to be able to do all of the following, consistently.
- Confirm incoming orders promptly.
- Dispatch within TikTok Shop's applicable service-level requirements.
- Deliver on time, consistently, not just on good weeks.
- Keep seller-initiated cancellations low.
- Monitor customer-service tickets daily.
- Cover weekends when order volume calls for it.
If any of these is shaky, a higher-volume campaign will make your score worse rather than better. More orders through a fulfillment process that is already slipping produces more late dispatches, more cancellations, and more negative reviews. We would rather tell you that now.
How long a campaign takes.
Indicative windows for unit-based campaigns, measured after payment, eligibility review, asset collection, and campaign approval.
These are planning windows, not guarantees. Your final timeline is confirmed during scoping and depends on eligibility, campaign scope, product category, account standing, and platform conditions at the time. Services that are not unit-based, such as the FBT reimbursement audit, run on their own schedule.
Who books these services.
Different starting points, same underlying problem: the shop is capable of more than the platform is currently letting it do.
New TikTok Shop sellers
Approved, listed, and stuck behind a daily order cap with almost no sales history and a 1,000-invite allowance to work with.
Established brands that stalled
Real catalog, real revenue, and a Shop Performance Score or a run of unfunded creative that has flattened growth.
Amazon brands entering TikTok Shop
Strong on one marketplace and starting from zero social proof on another, with the same cold-start problem as any new shop.
Agencies managing client shops
Running several shops at once and needing launch, recovery, and audit capacity without hiring for each of them.
LIVE-shopping studios
Hosts, production, and a schedule already in place, needing conversion support during scheduled broadcasts.
Sellers running Fulfilled by TikTok
Inventory moving through FBT, with shortages and fee discrepancies sitting unclaimed in the transaction records.
Services open the gate. Creators keep it open.
Every one of these programs is a way through a specific blockage. None of them is a growth strategy on its own.
Clearing probation, reviving a stalled asset, or repairing a Shop Performance Score all do the same thing: they remove something standing between your product and the people who would buy it. What produces durable, compounding revenue afterwards is creators posting and selling on your behalf.
That is the Hubfluence platform: AI Creator Search across 4M+ TikTok Shop creators, automated DM and email outreach, sample management, and live GMV attribution per creator. The services exist so you reach the point where that engine can actually run.
Questions, answered.
Hubfluence is an independent software platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or certified by TikTok. TikTok Shop program rules, probation tiers, order caps, creator-invite thresholds, Shop Performance Score components, GMV Max behavior, and Fulfilled by TikTok reimbursement terms are set by TikTok and can change at any time. Figures on this page describe published program tiers and indicative campaign scoping, not guaranteed outcomes. No service on this page promises specific revenue, rankings, ad spend, distribution, review sentiment, account recovery, or a reimbursement amount.
Break out of probation
and start scaling.
If your shop is stuck at 50 orders a day and cannot build the GMV to lift the cap, we clear both gates for you with compliant, verified order activity through standard checkout. Then your creator engine takes over.
