These Migration Credit Terms (the "Terms") govern eligibility for, and use of, the Hubfluence "Migrate for Free" promotional credit (the "Credit"). The Credit is offered by Hubfluence ("Hubfluence," "we," "us," or "our") to qualifying customers switching from another creator marketing platform. By requesting or accepting the Credit, you agree to be bound by these Terms, the Hubfluence Terms of Service, and the Hubfluence Privacy Policy.
A plain-language summary of how the offer works is available at /migration-terms. If there is any conflict between that summary and these legal Terms, these Terms control.
1. Definitions
- Credit: the promotional credit equal to one (1) month of the Customer's selected Hubfluence subscription plan, applied to the Customer's first Hubfluence invoice.
- Customer: the company, agency, or individual entering into a new paid subscription with Hubfluence on the Business, Agency, or Enterprise plan.
- Prior Platform: any third-party creator marketing, influencer outreach, or affiliate-management platform from which the Customer is migrating, including but not limited to Euka, Grin, Upfluence, Cruva, Reacher, Modash, Aspire, CreatorIQ, Collabstr, or Heepsy.
- Proof of Subscription: documentation reasonably satisfactory to Hubfluence evidencing an active paid subscription with the Prior Platform, such as a screenshot of the Prior Platform billing dashboard, a recent paid invoice, or a verifiable walkthrough during the Customer's sales call.
2. Eligibility
To qualify for the Credit, the Customer must, at the time of request:
- hold an active, paid subscription with a Prior Platform (free trials, lapsed accounts, and cancelled subscriptions do not qualify);
- subscribe to a Hubfluence plan of Business, Agency, or Enterprise (the Growth plan is not eligible);
- request the Credit during a sales call with a Hubfluence account executive and provide Proof of Subscription either during that call or within seven (7) days afterward; and
- not have previously redeemed the Credit, in any form, for the same Customer entity or any affiliated entity under common control.
3. Application of the Credit
The Credit will be applied as a one-time reduction equal to the monthly list price of the Customer's selected Hubfluence plan against the Customer's first Hubfluence invoice. The Credit:
- has no cash value and is not redeemable for cash, refund, check, or wire transfer in whole or in part;
- applies only to recurring Hubfluence subscription fees and not to setup fees, add-ons, one-time services, overage charges, third-party fees, or taxes;
- cannot be combined with any other discount, promotion, or negotiated rate unless Hubfluence expressly agrees in writing;
- cannot be transferred, assigned, or resold; and
- will expire if not used within ninety (90) days of issuance.
4. Customer Responsibilities
The Customer is solely responsible for:
- cancelling or otherwise terminating the Customer's subscription with the Prior Platform. Hubfluence will not contact or take action with respect to the Prior Platform on the Customer's behalf;
- paying any cancellation fees, early termination penalties, or outstanding balances owed to the Prior Platform;
- providing accurate, complete Proof of Subscription. Submitting falsified or misleading documentation will void the Credit and may result in account suspension; and
- paying all amounts due on subsequent Hubfluence invoices after the first invoice on which the Credit is applied.
5. Exclusions and Limitations
Notwithstanding anything else in these Terms, the Credit is not available where:
- the Customer is already on a Hubfluence subscription, free trial, or pilot at the time of the request;
- the Customer is a reseller, affiliate, white-label partner, or acting on behalf of a third party in a way that is inconsistent with the spirit of the offer;
- the offer is prohibited, taxed, restricted, or otherwise regulated under applicable law in the Customer's jurisdiction; or
- Hubfluence reasonably suspects fraud, abuse, or violation of its Terms of Service or these Terms.
Hubfluence may revoke or refuse the Credit, in its sole discretion, in any of these circumstances.
6. Third-Party Marks
All trademarks, service marks, and trade names of the Prior Platforms and other third parties referenced in connection with the Credit are the property of their respective owners. Use of such names is for identification and comparison purposes only. The Credit is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any Prior Platform.
7. Modification and Termination
Hubfluence reserves the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Credit, in whole or in part, with or without notice. Changes will be effective when posted to this page. The version of these Terms in effect at the time the Customer's sales call occurs governs the Customer's Credit. Hubfluence will honor Credits validly requested and approved before any termination of the offer.
8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Credit is provided "as is" and without any representation or warranty of any kind, whether express or implied. Hubfluence's aggregate liability arising from or related to the Credit, regardless of the cause of action, will not exceed the dollar amount of the Credit actually applied to the Customer's account. The remaining provisions of the Hubfluence Terms of Service governing limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, and dispute resolution apply to these Terms in their entirety.
9. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from or related to the Credit will be resolved exclusively as set out in the Hubfluence Terms of Service.
