TikTok Shop's 2026 BFCM campaign runs November 11 to 30. The eligibility thresholds, how to register products, and the SLA and returns changes.
TikTok Shop's 2026 US BFCM campaign runs November 11 to November 30, Pacific Time. To join, a shop needs a Shop Performance Score of 3.5 or higher, a Late Dispatch Rate of 20% or lower over the last 30 days, and an Account Health Rating ideally above 150. Products are registered in Seller Center under Marketing, then Campaigns.
TikTok Shop runs its own Black Friday and Cyber Monday campaign, with its own dates, its own eligibility thresholds, and its own registration flow inside Seller Center. It is not the same thing as the retail calendar. This is what sellers and agencies need to have done before the window opens.
The campaign window is November 11 to November 30, 2026, Pacific Time, per TikTok Shop's seller campaign guide.
That is the single most useful fact on this page, because it does not match what most people assume. Black Friday is November 27 and Cyber Monday is November 30, so the instinct is to treat the last week of November as the event. On TikTok Shop the discounting window opens more than two weeks earlier and Cyber Monday is the closing day, not the opening one.
Two consequences follow from that:
Eligibility is scored, not granted. TikTok Shop publishes four checks.
There is also an upside tier worth knowing about. Shops with top performance, which TikTok gives an SPS of 4.0 or higher as the example, may get additional program perks and extra visibility on certain key products during BFCM.
That turns account health from a compliance chore into a merchandising lever. The same score that keeps you out of trouble is the score that decides whether TikTok amplifies you during the biggest window of the year.
Registration happens in Seller Center, not through a rep or a form.
Step 3 is the one that gets skipped. Submitting a product is not the same as having it accepted, and a Rejected status on your three hero SKUs is a problem you want to find in early November, not on the morning of the 27th.
TikTok Shop can remove a product after the campaign has already started, which is the failure mode that hurts most. The reasons it publishes:
The last item is the one to watch during the window itself. It means a dispatch backlog in week one can quietly cost you your best SKU for weeks two and three.
Hubfluence indexes 4M+ TikTok Shop creators by what they have actually sold, then runs outreach and sample tracking in one place. Book a call and we will look at who is still worth recruiting before November 11.
TikTok Shop extends fulfillment deadlines during the campaign. You do not apply for this and you do not need to do anything to get it. For local shipping:
Made-to-order and custom handling items get plus 1 business day on the deliver-by SLA across those ranges. International shipping runs on calendar days rather than business days for the equivalent windows.
Read that as a buffer, not as permission to slow down. Business days exclude weekends and US federal holidays, and Thanksgiving falls on November 26, inside the widest extension band. The extra two days around the Black Friday weekend are roughly what the holiday itself takes back out.
This is the detail most BFCM coverage leaves out, and it has the longest tail.
TikTok Shop automatically extends the return window on eligible BFCM orders. Items sold between November 11, 2026 at 16:00 PT and December 31, 2026 at 23:59 PT can be returned by shoppers until February 10, 2027. The extension applies automatically, and it takes precedence over a shorter return window you configured yourself.
So a sale on November 27 is not a settled sale until February. For a seller that matters in three concrete ways:
If you are reading this in the first half of November, the useful work is narrow.
That last point is the honest one. By early November the recruiting window for this campaign has closed. The roster you have is the roster that sells.
BFCM on TikTok Shop rewards operational readiness more than it rewards discount depth. The eligibility gates are all trailing metrics: a Shop Performance Score built over months, a Late Dispatch Rate from the last 30 days, an Account Health Rating reflecting past enforcement. None of them can be fixed in the week before the campaign, which means the campaign is largely scored before it begins.
For brands, the practical read is that the work which gets you into BFCM with amplification is the same unglamorous work that keeps your shop healthy year round. Dispatch on time, keep listings accurate, keep stock live, resolve complaints. The campaign then becomes a multiplier on an account that was already in good standing.
For agencies the constraint is visibility across clients. Every client needs their SPS checked, their products registered and status-verified, their Holiday Mode confirmed off, and their roster audited, in the same nine day stretch. The agencies that handle it well are the ones who can see all of that in one view instead of logging into each Seller Center in turn and rebuilding the picture by hand.
The extended return window deserves a line in your own forecast too. If you report a BFCM result in early December and treat it as final, you are reporting a number that February can still revise downward. Build the returns assumption in from the start and the Q1 conversation gets much easier.
